Cumberland Family Medical Center, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation, established by interested community members in 2007 to assure that residents of our service area have access to high quality primary and preventive health services, regardless of ability-to-pay. Federal funding was received for the establishment of this organization as a Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC). Since our establishment in 2007, we have grown from two to 226 clinic locations including our Mobile Unit, “Wellness on Wheels.“也一样, our original ten county service area in south-central Kentucky has now expanded to a 33 county area that extends into the north central area of the state.
